Premier Gourmet sea salt that is environmentally friendly, sourced from the pristine waters of Trinity Bay. Our process eliminates the 'BADS" or the Bitterns  ie Calcium, Lime, Magnesium and Sulfur and the result is a incredibly crisp, flaky local sea salt that is worth cooking with. Never anything else added so if you encounter a little moisture just remember that it is purely all natural, the way nature intended it.

Our SALT is so clean and crisp, you will need LESS of it for the same taste.
